Depends. Assuming this is what i've heard... What do you mean by 'stop trying'? stop calling? stop trying to get together? or am i on the totally wrong path? oh well... If it's a guy and not making an effort to see you, HELL YES. I have no idea.

geez, that must be so frustrating though!! have you tried calling at different time on different days?? it seems completely insane that NO ONE would EVER pick up the phone!
hmmmmmmmm.... does it have an answering machine? maybe they're waiting for you to call so they don't answer.
